Located in the west San Fernando Valley, Woodland Hills is a thriving and beautiful community. Businesses with headquarters in Woodland Hills include Rocketdyne, Litton, Blue Cross of California, Rockwell International, Transamerica Insurance Group, Sebastian International and Applause, Inc. Approximately one quarter of the employment is from finance, insurance and the real estate industry. As in most communities, the majority of the businesses are small business entrepreneurs.
